What we do with your information

When you send a booking request, we keep your name, contact details, vehicle information and message so we can reply and schedule the work. That's it.

• We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the shop.
• The site sets a single session cookie so the booking form can protect itself from spam. No advertising or analytics trackers are loaded.
• Requests are kept in our booking inbox for up to two years for warranty and service history, then deleted.
• To see or delete what we hold about you, call the shop or email us and we'll take care of it.
