Brakes are the one job we never guess at. If you hear a noise or feel a pulse, the first step is a free brake check: wheels off, pad and rotor measurements written down, and a look at the calipers, lines and hoses. You get the numbers and a quote before anything is ordered.
What we do
- Pad and rotor replacement using quality aftermarket or OE parts (your choice, priced both ways)
- Caliper rebuild or replacement, slide-pin service and hardware kits
- Brake lines and hoses, including the rusted-through steel lines prairie salt loves
- Brake fluid flush every two to three years or when the fluid tests wet
- Parking brake adjustment and shoe replacement
- ABS diagnosis, wheel-speed sensors and module communication faults
Why rotors instead of machining
Modern rotors are thin from the factory and machining usually leaves them below the minimum. We replace rather than turn, and we say so up front so there's no surprise on the invoice.
Every brake job includes a road test and a torque check of the wheels, and the old parts are kept for you to look at if you want.
